Multiphonics for Leblanc contralto & contrabass clarinets

Hi, I hope you’re doing well! Ive just released a new chart, one that’s been requested by a number of people, clarinettists and composers alike. I’ve spent weeks documenting fingered multiphonics on the Leblanc contralto and contrabass clarinets, and have found some extraordinary sounds. Sure spectral multiphonics on these instruments are amazing too, but many ask about non-spectral sounds, or ones that are individual to these instruments. Using 88 different fingerings, I’ve charted the most interesting multiple sounds, leaving room for further discoveries down the track. The chart includes:

- Introduction
- Chart explanation
- All 88 fingerings with sounding and written notations, dynamic ranges and multiple voicings

The document is 30 pages long. Accompanying audio files are available.
